Aesthetics matter – think of something that you love and, undoubtedly, it’s aesthetics contribute to the good feelings that you receive from that thing. He who controls aesthetics controls the direction of the Overton Window. With such knowledge we can see how parts of life which would naturally be aesthetically conservative, such as family, community, and Mexican immigrants, become perverted and shift to the left along with the rest of society.
One small part of my life that I sense to be drifting aesthetically leftward is the Magic the Gathering card game (MTG). I don’t have misconceptions about fantasy gaming. We live in a post-female suffrage, post-racial integration, and post-Jewish influence society. Such a society lends itself to always having some aesthetics from the equality mongering chopped salad that we know as the left. Basically, everything that we may come to enjoy, here on until the Kali Yuga, will be created with modern leftist assumptions about sex, race, and politics. What does leftward drift over 25 years look like?
Magic the Gathering is a strategy card game that has been around since the earlier 90s. The strategic depth that can be reached with just sixty pieces of cardboard and a wandering mind is inspiring. Each Magic card also displays a piece of artwork. This art displays the far-reaching imagination and beauty that is capable in Western fiction.
Of coursh, Wizards of the Coast®, the company responsible for Magic the Gathering, follows the trend of being just another media producer that caters to ostensible leftist talking points. This also means that they have a lineup of white knights to protect them from dissent. Cucks, soy boys and plain old beta losers compose the group of intelligentsia that we see in the MTG community and other leftist outposts. These paper tigers are whipped into following whatever the current politically correct pet position is, they eat their own when someone makes a slight fauxpas, they flagellate until their souls are a pathetic nothingness and they are verified on Twitter. Watch out, here they come.
It is good to see one content creator, Jeremy, discussing that MTG needs an aesthetic consultation. He has a following via his channel, TheQuartering, where he spends time discussing idiotic politically correct culture. This is all despite being self-described as politically left-leaning and being treated as if he is the Infernal Spawn of Infernal Spawn of Infernal Spawn of Evil in the leftist equivalent of the cheese stands alone.
In this episode, Jeremy discusses a mistake made by (((Mark Rosewater))), the head designer of MTG. In response to a commenter by the name of Shekelsteinberg, who asked Mark why the company would represent a typical male cliché with art that portrays an ugly female, Mark writes that there is direction within the company aimed toward making the game more in line with their warped politically correct ideas. Oh, Mark also reveals that there are around ten million less players compared to 2014 numbers. Maybe Mark just phrased things the wrong way, but it is the most likely case that this company has always been lying about player numbers and especially female representation within the game. That would just make matters worse for poor Mark. Perhaps there is a link between shitty aesthetic direction and a declining player base. I will let the card design speak for itself – see if you can tell what year that each of the following cards were designed.
Timmy, Power Gamer is the obvious chad of the bunch. He heils from 199(8)8 and his favorite book is Thomas Hobbes Leviathan. Well, that was his favorite book before he discovered the power of a sturdy rock – nothing beats rock. Anyhow, Timmy, his simple needs and wholesome views are why we have any enjoyable Western fantasy whatsoever.
Johnny, Combo Player is a virgin who appeared around 2004. He had dreams of having a daughter so that he could weirdly guide her through the mean and sexist world where he was picked on during his own childhood. He never had that child, but was able to recover from being an awful neurotic junkie mess by becoming a foodie. He loves soy and has a vicarious relationship with Spike. They really are friends…
Finally, Spike, Tournament Grinder has come to us in the current year. Spike enjoys s̶t̶r̶i̶n̶g̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶a̶l̶o̶n̶g̶ ̶i̶t̶’̶s̶ ̶b̶e̶t̶a̶ ̶m̶a̶l̶e̶ ̶f̶o̶l̶l̶o̶w̶e̶r̶s̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶e̶x̶c̶h̶a̶n̶g̶e̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ receiving money over Patreon™. Spike is here, going to get what it wants through awkwardly wielding it’s recently discovered gender privileges, and you better get used to it. You see, Mark Rosewater and Spike are friendly with each other through their common interest of financial domination. Mark also most likely has groped Spike during a pre-tournament grooming session, but we will only find out about such details of their relationship after 20 more years have gone by.
Although I embellish about these cards ever so slightly, they are supposed to represent actual players who play MTG and it is laughable for anyone to believe that female players are anything but a blip on the radar and that is especially true in the tournament scene. The aesthetics aren’t congruent to our real-life experiences and aren’t congruent to the fantasy game that we remember. Such updated aesthetics are however congruent with how every thing that we love becomes coopted and destroyed by (((guess who))) and friends.
Call me an old fogey, but Magic the Gathering used to have sex appeal.
The same game with Spike, Tournament Grinder, is where the following card was designed.
I kid you not, this card is titled Invoke Prejudice and comes with truly inspired aesthetics crafted by the great Harold Arthur McNeill. For your interest, Invoke Prejudice is also the 1488th card of the game. I doubt that any part of this card was created by coincidence, and it didn’t have to be. Back in 1994 a Nazi sympathizing artist could make art for a fantasy game and it would be okay. Harold even had some of his art used on cards a couple of years later as part of a different expansion – there must have been a fascist art director back then. Remember, around black, never relax.
Do you know what we have in MTG during the current year? We get sets filled with Afrofuturism and swarthy character after swarthy character.
The most powerful enemies either have a giant gash and follow the trope of being a mysterious woman who beta males, such as Jon Finkel, don’t understand. Alternatively they tell you upfront in their flavor text that they are a cold bitch.
And guess what, now you get to play with ugly problem negroes or Alesha, who is a tranny. Meet the apes of wrath.
Ultimately, these cards represent nothing more than an unglued design team that is part of an unhinged company that is in an unstable country. Creeps in most media businesses such as video or tabletop games are just liaisons that fulfill the purpose of feeding lies to consumers. As Mark tells us, his team actively makes choices to push leftist identity politics and subversion of white men is undoubtedly the normal culture within WOTC HQ. At least 10 million people are being exposed to less Jewish subversion.
And that is the point. This aesthetic takeover is why nobody can let such poison creep into their life. We have the privilege of keeping our culture and values aesthetically ours and we ought to hold them as near and dear as we can. Correction, we would have such a privilege if our ancestors didn’t throw it all away. They gave up our privileges, and many people have come to seize them along with the things that we love. This idea is the whole reason to get mad about even small instances of subversion. It doesn’t take long for a lethal dose of subversion to be accumulated and then everything you once loved is lost; including your country, culture and commons.
Life can no longer be made easy for complacent cuckolded people or the (((media cabals))) that rely on them. It is time for everyone to choose now.
This call goes out to you Jeremy. All you did was go on thot patrol and suddenly everyone thinks that they are the DCI and have the right to ban you from the game. Being a left leaning person based on the politics of 10 years ago is the same as being a modern-day Republican. It isn’t going to pass for you and you seem to understand that idea. You also don’t exactly fit into the modern left and neither do your followers. You are going to have to make a choice and you can either join the ranks of those who hate you or you can take ideas about white society and the ongoing assaults against it to heart. If ideas espoused by anyone on the Alt-Right make you anxious, then don’t just shy away. Such an internal dynamic could exist because deep down you know why the Alt-Right is here and you know that we are right.
Literature, cinema, video games and tabletop games all end up subject to our politically correct thinking overlords who are quick to leave white men on the cutting room floor. We have no excuses to not see behind the curtain with regards to how every industry somehow is owned and operated by cabals of leftists and their enablers. Make no mistakes, leftists use their positions to seek rents from the rest of society, have the profit of it, and the regular working man gets stuck with the bill via the negro tax, destruction of his culture, or annihilation of the commons that his people previously built and enjoyed. Magic the Gathering is yet another cultural phenomenon that fits such a description and it is time for right minded men to stop giving up and start owning the aesthetics of fantasy. It is time to own the aesthetics of the West.
Be like Harold Arthur McNeill. Meme the future, become the future.
